At JSOT, we strongly believe community interaction is very important. Through our vibrant spiritual and social life, we seek to grow & strengthen our Jain community by fostering a sense of safety, security & belonging in people along with having some community networking & fun. Further, networking and bonding also builds both emotional and physical health which is an important component of adult life. With this in mind, we have been organizing Social Clubs and Events for all age groups- seniors, adults, youth & kids since the past many years. Special events bring community together in meaningful and memorable way. Simply put, they make Jain Society a great place to be!

Pathshala

In the last 40 years, Toronto has seen a rapid growth of Jains across GTA. Jain parents realized the need to imbibe their children with the knowledge of basic Jain principles. Pathshala instills spiritual development, self-awareness, moral consciousness, social well-being and Jain identity in its students, based on the principles of Jainism.

As a result, JSOT has Pathshala since Parklawn days. Sunday Pathshala for the students ranging in age 5 to 18. The participation of kids at these Pathshala classes has grown over the years. The Pathshala is held between September and June of each year. Pathshala helps them in many ways.
